Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years experience in healthcare project management, commercial construction or facilities planning/capital project management.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute multiple construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide ongoing project communication.
• Develop move/equipment management plans and lead implementation.
• Manage procurement and participate in contract negotiations.
• Obtain approvals and document project information meticulously.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, ADA, NFPA, OSHA and local codes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays/cost overruns.
• Review progress and ensure delivery of milestones and tasks.
• Assist in development and delivery of PM training and process improvements.
