Job summary

ETC Building & Design, Inc. is seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead healthcare and life sciences projects. You will define scope, budget and schedule, manage bids and subcontracts, and drive value through proactive cost control and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, pay apps, client communications, and project closeout while mentoring junior staff and ensuring QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Commercial Construction experience.
• Procore experience is preferred.
• Advanced understanding of project plans and specifications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish project scope, budget and schedule with client alignment.
• Bid projects, vet subcontracts and oversee buy-out of materials.
• Manage project budgets to meet financial objectives.
• Oversee pay applications and ensure timely submissions.
• Identify risks and advise leadership on mitigation actions.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety policies are understood by the team.
• Maintain project schedules and drive corrections if needed.
• Oversee project documentation and communications among stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor Superintendent, Project Engineer and Coordinator.
• Support owner contract negotiations and ensure contractual compliance.
• Assist in closeout and warranty coordination.
• Maintain client relations and proactive communication on scope changes.
