Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages renovation, tenant fit-out, and capital renewal projects up to $1M+.
• Works with architecture/planning, finance, engineering/operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provides timely updates on project status, budget, and schedule to clients and internal teams.
