Robins & Morton in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of healthcare construction projects, ensuring profit, schedule, quality and client satisfaction through clear communication and disciplined project controls.

You will build trusted relationships with owners, designers and trade partners, mentor junior staff, manage budgets and procurement, and drive safety and quality in every phase of the project.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Ability to establish professional, trusting and meaningful relationships with the entire project team.
• Knowledge of all facets of ground up Healthcare Construction/Renovation.

Responsabilidades

• Establish profit, time objectives and Project Status Reports.
• Review, approve and manage budget.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Track and manage cost reporting of local jobsite accounts and field purchase orders.
• Build and maintain trusting and transparent owner, designer, trade partner relationships.
• Negotiate agreements with trade partners in a timely manner.
• Manage change order process for timeliness.
• Manage material procurement.
• Manage closeout process.
• Manage owner purchase order system and owner-controlled insurance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
