Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Employees that require a licensed or certification must be properly licensed/certified and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from scope through occupancy.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and regulators.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare reports on progress and status to leadership.
