Job summary

This role manages advanced planning, design budgeting, bidding, construction and occupancy, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. You will coach and mentor staff, monitor budgets and schedules, and collaborate with facilities and IT teams to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 6 years of leadership experience is required.
• Licensed/certification requirements apply as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery for construction and remodel projects on the main campus and remote locations.
• Develop budgets, schedules and cost controls; monitor progress and reporting.
• Coordinate with facilities design, IT and end users to ensure timely occupancy.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards across all projects.
• Coach, train and evaluate project management staff.
