Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing $20M+ healthcare construction projects.
• Experience with design-build delivery, pull planning, and Last Planner System.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop Project Managers and Superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple healthcare construction projects and project teams.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, and reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
