Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Construction Sr. Project Manager/Team Lead in Louisville to manage a team of up to 7 PMs, coaching and developing talent while driving project execution for Humana PCO. You’ll coordinate workflow, mentor junior staff, and partner with facilities, engineering, and client leaders to shape best practices.

The role requires 25% project execution and 30-35% travel; compensation aligns with market rates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.
• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data to client and project team.
• Proficient in architectural/engineering drawings, and construction concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and coordinate client projects.
• Coach and develop team members and manage performance.
• Manage portfolio metrics and project execution plans.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, architects, engineers, and contractors.
