The Construction Project Manager leads cross-functional teams through feasibility, design, construction, and occupancy, balancing schedule, budget, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, Master's degree and 6 years, or 11 years with no degree.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting or owner's representative environment.
• Strong experience delivering healthcare projects; healthcare facilities on higher education campuses preferred.
• Experience delivering higher education projects preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned project teams and drive defined objectives and OKRs.
• Manage day-to-day project activities across all phases from feasibility to occupancy.
• Serve as client’s primary day-to-day contact and trusted advisor.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, cost control, and procurement for projects.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to firm standards while escalating issues as needed.
