Job summary

SIRIS LLC in Tuskegee, Alabama, seeks Project Management and Construction Management support for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Tuskegee VA Medical Center. The contractor will extend the VA project team and support the COR throughout construction.

Duties include project management, construction oversight, schedule and budget monitoring, change management, submittal/RFI coordination, inspections and commissioning support, QA, field verification, and coordination with VA personnel, A/E

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years directly related to field construction activities
• Working knowledge of commercial construction practices
• Construction schedule monitoring
• Baseline schedule review
• Submittal review and management
• RFI tracking and coordination
• Inspection and testing coordination
• Quality assurance and quality control
• Deficiency identification and reporting
• Budget monitoring
