Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating healthcare construction experience.
• OSHPD/HCAI and/or DSA-regulated project exposure preferred.
• Familiar with hospital/clinical facility code requirements.
• Proficient in takeoff software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for healthcare projects.
• Review drawings and specs for hospital and clinical facilities.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing.
• Support OSHPD/DSA-regulated project requirements.
• Identify value engineering opportunities.
• Assist handoff to project management with scope and budget.
• Travel to job walks across the Sacramento region.
