Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Construction Compliance Manager to ensure healthcare construction projects comply with federal, state, local and organizational standards. The role partners with stakeholders, contractors, architects, and regulators to maintain a safe, compliant environment across planning, execution and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Facilities Management, Safety or Healthcare Admin.
• 5+ years in construction management, facilities or healthcare construction compliance.
• Experience managing renovations in active hospital environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Familiarity with construction permitting and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction projects comply with healthcare regulations and codes.
• Interpret Joint Commission, NFPA, OSHA, and local requirements.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and documentation throughout lifecycles.
• Lead ILSM assessments and coordinate IC noise risk assessments.
• Review contractor safety plans and ensure credentialing compliance.
• Maintain compliance records and prepare leadership reports.
