Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction-related field.
• 2 years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of construction process, materials, equipment, and techniques.
• Travel up to 25% is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget management, contract writing, and updating project schedules.
• Coordinate among subcontractors and resolve issues.
• Support Project Manager and project team across multiple healthcare, financial, and light industrial projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control data.
• Assist in documenting and disseminating meeting minutes and action items.
• Support LEED requirements implementation and close-out procedures.
