Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field is required.
• Three years in healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Experience in developing compliance programs and educational materials desired.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a culture of compliance across the organization.
• Train associates on applicable laws, rules, and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on staff training and audits.
• Develop, initiate, and maintain privacy and HIPAA related programs.
• Plan and execute investigations or audits to detect fraud and abuse.
• Communicate audit findings and necessary corrective actions.
