CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Compliance and Privacy Manager to execute corporate compliance and privacy work plans across CHRISTUS facilities. The role will monitor adherence to federal and state healthcare laws, manage privacy risks, and collaborate with regional leaders to improve controls and training.

The role requires knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and hospital operations, with responsibilities spanning audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, accounting, health care administration, or legal.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rule, False Claims Act, Stark Law & Anti-kickback statutes.
• Working knowledge of hospital operation processes.
• Knowledge of audit and investigation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Execute annual Compliance and Privacy Work Plans under the director.
• Audit and monitor business units for regulatory compliance.
• Identify privacy gaps and deficiencies with business units.
• Develop workflows and corrective actions for identified gaps.
• Deliver targeted training and track completion.
