Job summary

Kaweah Health seeks a Director of Corporate Compliance to direct and lead the organization’s Compliance Program across Kaweah Health and its subsidiaries. You will monitor the program’s effectiveness, oversee privacy practices, and report regularly to the Board and CEO.

The role guides conduct standards and coordinates privacy and regulatory efforts. You will conduct risk assessments, supervise investigations and audits, and work with Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure adherence to HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with emphasis in health care or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five years of hospital compliance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs Kaweah Health's Compliance Program across the organization and subsidiaries.
• Develops and maintains Standards of Conduct and privacy practices.
• Conducts risk assessments of work plan concerns and reviews to determine risk.
• Prepares quarterly reports to the Board and regular reports to the CEO and Compliance Committee.
• Leads internal compliance investigations and audits and coordinates remediation.
• Ensures HIPAA privacy training and reporting duties across departments.
