Job summary

WellMed Optum Florida is seeking a Compliance Analytics and Governance Analyst to advance the organization’s compliance program through data-driven analytics, monitoring, testing, and executive reporting. This role collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management across 94 clinics and ~1,600 employees.

The position operates in a full-risk, value-based care environment, ensuring adherence to CMS regulations, AKS, Stark Law, HIPAA, and state/federal healthcare laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, AKS, Stark Law, HIPAA, and FWA requirements.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance testing, monitoring activities, or issue management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine compliance dashboards, scorecards, and KRIs across clinic and corporate operations.
• Collect and analyze compliance data to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Monitor performance metrics and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Support audit coordination and remediation tracking.
