Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.
• 2–3 years of compliance, healthcare, audit, or regulatory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in enterprise-wide risk assessment framework maintenance.
• Support compliance monitoring and audit activities.
• Summarize regulatory developments for leadership.
• Assist in policy drafting and updates.
• Support development of training materials.
• Maintain vendor compliance files and annual reviews.
• Assist investigations and issue escalation.
