Job summary

Integra Partners is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join the Legal team. You will monitor for FWA issues, audit provider billing and UM auth practices, and research CMS alerts while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing training records, and partnering with health plans on audits. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in SIU or related roles are required. Remote opportunities across the United States are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years in Special Investigation Unit processes or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of fraud waste and abuse issues, healthcare credentialing, medical billing, HIPAA.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel; Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers in support of FWA monitoring.
• Run the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigation processes.
• Support the administration of the company’s Corporate Compliance program.
• Assign and monitor compliance training and maintain auditable records.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network management to address concerns and implement changes.
• Partner with health plan customers on audits of our business and draft responses.
• Investigate compliance concerns internally and externally.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments and present to the compliance committee.
• Work with data security staff to address security issues.
