Job summary

Integra Partners is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join our Legal team and help monitor Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) and audit provider billing and UM authorization practices. You will work with the Compliance Manager and cross-functional teams to address risks in our DMEPOS network.

You should have a background in SIU processes, data analysis, and HIPAA compliance, with experience in Excel and, ideally, Tableau. This role offers remote opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years’ experience in Special Investigation Unit (SIU) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of fraud, waste and abuse issues in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers for FWA monitoring.
• Run the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigation processes.
• Support Corporate Compliance program administration.
• Assign and track compliance training with auditable records.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network teams to implement changes.
• Partner with health plan customers on audits and responses.
• Investigate compliance concerns internally and externally.
• Perform Security Risk Assessments and present to the compliance committee.
• Coordinate with data security staff on arising issues.
