Job summary
Integra Partners seeks a Compliance Analyst to join its Legal team, focusing on monitoring for FWA issues and auditing provider practices. You will collaborate with Compliance Manager, Payer Division and cross-functional teams to strengthen corporate compliance across the DMEPOS landscape.
Responsibilities include audits of vendors and providers, security risk assessments, and partnering with health plans on audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in Special Investigation Unit processes
- FWA knowledge and healthcare credentialing
- Experience with data analysis
- Excel experience
- Tableau experience
- Healthcare billing knowledge
- HIPAA compliance understanding
Responsibilities
- Audit vendors and providers for FWA monitoring
- Run Fraud, Waste and Abuse investigations
- Assist Corporate Compliance program administration
- Coordinate and track compliance training; keep auditable records
- Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network teams
- Work with health plans on audits; draft responses
- Investigate internal and external compliance concerns
- Conduct Security Risk Assessments and report to committee
- Coordinate with data security on issues
