Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of healthcare/medical experience.
• Experience navigating multiple databases and documenting results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment in business relationships.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage complaint handling assignments for designated products.
• Meet daily complaint handling output goals.
• Investigate complaints to determine close or need for deeper analysis.
• Process complaint events per internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and track key data trends and metrics.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Medical Investigators, and Outsourced Groups.
• Perform visual inspection and sample testing related to complaints.
• Own product documentation to support complaint processing.
• Log and inventory complaint product samples.
