Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years in Admissions, Business Development, or healthcare marketing in long-term care or similar setting.
• College degree preferred.
• Sales experience in healthcare services or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Familiarity with long-term care/healthcare services beneficial.
• Healthcare community relations experience preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, goal-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with community organizations and referral sources to grow admissions.
• Represent the facility at community events and outreach opportunities as a brand ambassador.
• Plan and execute targeted community events to enhance engagement and referrals.
• Analyze referral/admission trends to guide weekly outreach and monthly sales goals.
• Coordinate monthly community marketing plans with Admissions Director.
