Crossing Hurdles is seeking a skilled medical coder to review inpatient records, verify ICD-10 and CPT coding, and ensure documentation integrity within a CDI framework.

The role emphasizes evaluating AI-generated notes, aligning codes with clinical reality, and maintaining high accuracy for reimbursement and compliance.

Competenze

• Active certification in CCS, CIC, COC, RHIA, RHIT or other AHIMA/AAPC coding certification.
• Strong relevant experience in ICD-10 coding.
• Access to up-to-date ICD-10 and CPT coding books and E/M guidelines.
• Currently working in medical coding, CDI or related documentation role.

Requirements
