Job summary

WellSky seeks a BI/Data Engineer to identify, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, models, and dashboards across teams. You will advance cloud-based data integration, warehousing, and visualization practices while ensuring data quality and PHI security.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adoptions of AI tools to improve decision-making, and growth into deployment support rotations. A background in SQL and basic Python plus cloud data platform exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0 - 2 years related work experience.
• Working proficiency in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain, and leverage data pipelines, data models, reporting, and dashboards to solve business problems.
• Build understanding of technical best practices for data integration, warehousing, and visualization on cloud platforms.
• Analyze and document workflows for complex data challenges and optimize data processing and storage for quality.
• Contribute to coding standards and WellSky core values while safeguarding PHI data.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and drive data-informed outcomes.
• Grow into support rotations and handling deployments.
