Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to transform healthcare through cloud technology. You will design HIPAA-compliant architectures that integrate with EHR systems like Epic and Cerner and enable AI-powered clinical workflows.

You will lead discussions with CIOs and healthcare executives to shape cloud modernization and data migration strategies. The role focuses on deploying generative AI, data interoperability, and secure cloud ecosystems across AWS services,

Qualifications

10+ years IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or Internet industries
8+ years in tech domains like cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures
Experience in Healthcare industry or HIPAA/HITRUST; HL7; FHIR; PACS; EHR systems

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing architecture discussions and PoC builds with healthcare IT and clinical leadership
Design HIPAA-compliant cloud architectures integrating with Epic, Cerner, HL7/FHIR, and imaging systems
Drive adoption of generative AI and ML services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, HealthLake) in regulated environments
Develop reusable reference architectures, proposals, and cost optimization for healthcare workloads
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior healthcare executives across 30+ accounts and drive pipeline
