Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to transform healthcare with cloud technology. You will design HIPAA-compliant architectures integrating Epic and Cerner, enable AI-powered clinical workflows, and lead engagements with CIOs and CMIOs across health systems.

You will drive GenAI adoption using Bedrock and SageMaker, create reusable patterns for data lakes and analytics, and travel for on-site workshops as needed.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or Internet industries.
8+ years in technology domains like cloud computing, security, data analytics, or infrastructure.
3+ years designing or implementing applications and infrastructure.
Healthcare industry experience with HIPAA/HITRUST, HL7, FHIR, PACS or EHR systems.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing architecture discussions and whiteboard sessions with healthcare leadership.
Design HIPAA-compliant cloud architectures integrating Epic, Cerner, HL7/FHIR, and imaging systems.
Drive GenAI adoption with Bedrock, SageMaker, HealthLake in regulated clinical environments.
Develop reference architectures, proposals, and cost optimization for healthcare workloads.
Build senior executive relationships across 30+ accounts and drive pipeline velocity.
