Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our outpatient clinic partnerships.
The Clinical Program Director is responsible for managing and strategically growing the Wound Care Program and other wound care continuum programs within the assigned area. This includes oversight of the Wound Care Center (WCC), daily operations, staff management, financial oversight, quality/performance improvement, community education, and clinical functions. The Director also maintains collaborative relationships within and outside the hospital and fosters effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.
All employees must adhere to Healogics policies, hospital policies, accreditation standards, federal and state regulations, and CMS guidelines, as applicable.
Salary range: $84,375 - $109,125 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
