Cross Country is seeking a Client Relations Consultant to strategically grow the company’s pipeline of opportunities across healthcare staffing lines. You will engage decision-makers nationwide to generate new client prospects and drive lead generation for enterprise-wide sales staff.

Responsibilities include building relationships, identifying opportunities, coordinating calls and travel for sales executives, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in inside sales or B2B role (healthcare staffing preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication with top decision-makers in healthcare.
• Professional presentation and warmth on telephone.
• Comfort with multi-tasking and scheduling across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop ongoing relationships with client prospects to create opportunities for enterprise-wide sales staff.
• Identify prospective clients nationwide and build a structured outreach plan.
• Coordinate calls, meetings, and travel for multiple sales executives across regions.
• Maintain current client information in the CRM and leverage competitive market data.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals and contribute to strategy.
