Job summary

Chamber Cardio is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support partner implementations and ongoing account management as we scale.

This remote role requires authorization to work in the US and offers coordination across contracting, launch, and post-launch support. ET or CT hours apply. You will align internal teams with external partners, drive project plans, and ensure timely communications while building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of client-facing operations or account management in healthcare.
• Strong project management skills with milestone tracking.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving startup.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client workflows, communications, and project tasks.
• Manage end-to-end partner implementations from kickoff to post-launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on priorities and timelines.
• Prepare partner-facing materials and update status logs.
• Drive timely issue resolution and risk management for payer partnerships.
