Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, enabling clinicians with ambient AI, dictation, and autonomous RCM processing across 60+ EHRs. We’re seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with clients, understand needs, and deliver customized healthcare tech solutions that improve access, affordability, and care quality.

You’ll contribute to on-site deployments, documentations, and ongoing innovations while traveling to client sites and collaborating with our engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Foundational knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
• Experience building 0-1 products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with clients and travel up to 35%.
• Adaptability for fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with healthcare clients to understand needs and design customized solutions.
• Participate in implementation, integration, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical assistance and help troubleshoot during projects.
• Support documentation and client onboarding with clear technical records.
• Stay current on healthcare tech trends and regulatory updates.
