Responsabilités

• Manage client insurance claims and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Submit valid claims to insurance plans with high accuracy.
• Maintain client accounts receivable reflecting collectible amounts.
• Educate clients and build relationships as needed.
• Research billing requirements with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services).
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-train with Claims and AR roles.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
