Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a QA professional to join the team in San Diego. The role focuses on healthcare claims QA, including preadjudication rules, EDI/X12 837P/837I transactions, and regression testing. Strong SQL and API testing skills are required, with experience in test automation and defect analysis.

The ideal candidate will quickly understand existing applications and business rules, enabling productive work with minimal training in a healthcare-focused QA environment.

Qualifications

• Experience validating healthcare claims in QA/testing environments.
• Familiar with preadjudication, validation rules, edits and pend processing.
• Strong SQL/database testing skills are required.
• Experience with API/integration testing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Strong QA/testing experience in healthcare claims
• Strong understanding of claims, preadjudication, validation rules, edits, rejects & pend processing.
• Experience in EDI/X12 transactions especially 837P/837I.
• Facets/PEGA Knowledge is preferred.
• Strong SQL/database testing skills
• Experience in API/Integration testing
• Strong functional , regression and end to end testing experience
• Test automation experience to build regression suite
• Strong defect analysis, and test data creation skills
• Ability to quickly understand the existing application, business rules and testing process and become productive with minimal training.
