Job summary

TechDigital Group in Michigan is seeking a QA tester with healthcare claims experience to join our team. You will evaluate complex claim workflows, validate 837P/837I transactions, and ensure data integrity across EDI and API integrations.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, test automation experience, and the ability to rapidly understand business rules to contribute with minimal training.

Qualifications

• Healthcare claims QA/testing experience required.
• Experience with EDI/X12 and 837P/837I preferred.
• Strong SQL and API testing skills.
• Experience with test automation to build regression suites.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/testing of healthcare claims systems and modules.
• Validate EDI/X12 837P/837I transactions end-to-end.
• Collaborate on validation rules, edits, rejects, and pend processing.
• Conduct API/integration testing and SQL/database testing.
• Design and execute regression tests and build automation suites.
• Analyze defects and create meaningful test data.
• Quickly understand existing applications and business rules to be productive.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Strong QA/testing experience in healthcare claims
• Strong understanding of claims, preadjudication, validation rules, edits, rejects & pend processing.
• Experience in EDI/X12 transactions especially 837P/837I.
• Facets/PEGA Knowledge is preferred.
• Strong SQL/database testing skills
• Experience in API/Integration testing
• Strong functional , regression and end to end testing experience
• Test automation experience to build regression suite
• Strong defect analysis, and test data creation skills
• Ability to quickly understand the existing application, business rules and testing process and become productive with minimal training.
