Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Product Consultant 2 to analyze requirements, document customer needs, and drive product features in the US healthcare domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in architectural discussions, and help design scalable solutions for Medicare Advantage programs.

You will gather requirements, perform market analyses, and support implementation and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare Advantage and CMS compliance.
• Ability to document customer requirements and translate into tasks for development.
• Familiarity with payer operations and healthcare regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing requirements and technical feasibility for product features.
• Document customer requirements and analyze gathered information for development.
• Conduct market studies to define product requirements and features.
• Participate in competitive analysis and risk assessments.
• Assist in architectural design and evaluation of technology frameworks.
• Support scalability, performance assessments, and integration planning.
• Define product concepts, create prototypes, and structure UX elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with design goals.
• Develop small features and enhancements within the development process.
• Gather customer needs and translate into actionable development tasks.
• Maintain development process documentation and SOPs.
• Conduct customer discussions to identify customization options.
• Support proposals and tailored solutions for customer needs.
• Refine customization documentation and coordinate with teams.
• Develop implementation checklists for integration steps.
• Assist in gathering system specs and setting up tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth communication in implementation.
• Participate in production issue analysis and resolution support.
• Maintain SOPs and operational manuals for stability.
• Interact with client stakeholders to resolve issues and provide fixes.
• Draft SOPs, user guides, and workflow docs.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation repositories.
• Keep detailed records of work, learnings, and product behavior during rollouts.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and internal repositories.
