Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 in the healthcare space to analyze client processes, benchmark against industry standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams for implementation and SOP development. The role emphasizes documentation, product research, and alignment with payer operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred experience includes HealthEdge GuidingCare, FACETS, portals, and EDI integrations, with relocation/travel as needed.

• Experienced Healthcare Product Owner and Business Solutions Lead with deep expertise in Healthcare Payer operations, Care Management, Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, Grievances & Appeals, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders to align solution performance with domain insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and workflows aligned with functional requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products for feature, cost, and scalability comparisons.
• Coordinate solution implementation and address issues during setup and integration, supporting SOP development and maintenance.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
