Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Configuration Coordinator to build and manage provider network data within the claims processing system, ensuring compliant, timely claim processing. The role supports a mission-driven organization focused on high-quality care for vulnerable seniors.

The candidate will monitor EDI queues, validate W9 forms, and set standard rates for out-of-network providers, with potential for career growth and a comprehensive, bonus-inclusive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare claim system configuration.
• Experience working with and maintaining provider network data in an electronic claims processing system.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, test, and audit provider network data in our claims processing system to ensure the accurate processing of claims in accordance with provider agreements, regulatory guidelines, and company policy
• Monitor, research, and resolve EDI (837D, 837I, 837P) failed claims queues in a timely manner
• Validate and process W9 provider tax forms
• Configure WelbeHealth’s standard rates for out-of-network organizations within the claims processing system
