Newbridge Recruiting Group, LLC is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy, IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation for a mission-driven healthcare organization in Massachusetts.

Reporting to the CEO, the CIO will build a high‑performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with clinical leaders to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior roles.
• Experience with healthcare technology systems and EHRs.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and healthcare regulations.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology implementations.
