Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, develops and manages senior leaders across divisions.
• Oversees compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and clinical practices.
• Optimizes utilization of clinicians and staff.
• Reviews performance vs goals and recommends corrective actions.
• Identifies and pursues new opportunities and partnerships.
• Manages external referral partnerships and ensures service coverage.
• Ensures state agency filings are completed accurately.
• Analyzes profit and loss and forecasts financial performance.
• Controls expenditures and negotiates vendor contracts.
• Directs company operations and strategic initiatives.
• Reviews clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
