Kewa Pueblo Health Corporation (KPHC) is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to guide a tribally chartered health system on the Santo Domingo Pueblo. The CEO leads programs, finances, and operations to deliver high-quality care with cultural respect.

Reporting to the KPHC Board of Directors, the CEO will advance a strategic plan, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen community relationships while overseeing all facilities and services.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in health administration or related field required.
• 10+ years of executive healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with tribal agencies and IHS contracting is a plus.
• Strong governance, compliance, and financial stewardship knowledge.
