CHCP is seeking a driven career services specialist to help students and graduates secure employment in healthcare fields. You will guide interview techniques, resume development, and workplace expectations while managing a growing pool of graduates toward placement goals.

You will collaborate with directors to expand externship opportunities, advertise to medical communities, and ensure compliance with state and accrediting rules.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to work in a high-powered, dynamic, energetic environment.
• Experience in employment staffing, career services, out-placement services, or sales.

Mansioni

• Help students and graduates find employment in their healthcare field of study.
• Manage a population of graduates and assist with job placement in Allied Healthcare.
• Provide guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, and resume best practices.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve student and graduate employment goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed department metrics including talk time, interviews, hires, and monthly placement goals.
• Assist Directors with advertising, recruiting extern and placement sites, marketing to the medical community, and monitoring student progress during externship.
• Represent CHCP positively in the community.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and student orientation.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accrediting rules and regulations.
• Build positive relationships with students throughout their education to promote career services.
