Job summary
NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Job Developer and Career Coordinator to connect adults facing barriers to livable-wage healthcare employment. This role combines employer engagement and hiring-pipeline development with career planning and training coordination for New American guests, driving collaboration with workforce partners and educational institutions.
The successful candidate will help upskill or reskill participants and build pathways to stable healthcare careers within
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, education, human resources, business, social services, or a related field and three (3) years of career and workforce development experience.
- Associate degree in a related field and five (5) years of career and workforce development experience.
- High school diploma and seven (7) years of career and workforce development or human services experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage employers and develop hiring pipelines.
- Coordinate career planning and training for New American guests.
- Collaborate with workforce partners, educational institutions, employers, and case managers.
- Facilitate upskilling, reskilling, or skills attainment for healthcare careers.
- Represent NorthPoint in community partnerships and outreach.
