The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams including clinicians, operations staff, consultants and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
You will develop plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining clear communications with stakeholders and directing project meetings.

Capital Project Manager manages a diverse project team including internal clinical staff, operations support teams, external consultants, vendors and contractors. The Capital Project Manager will manage several projects simultaneously and assist in the development of project plans including goals, scope, schedule and budget. The Capital Project Manager is also responsible to incorporate input from all appropriate team members and consultants. The Capital Project Manager will be responsible for project budgets and will provide summaries and progress of project schedules and budgets.
