Pay Range: $59.51 - $88.67 per hour

The Manager - Planning, Design & Construction Operations provides project-based direction and serves as a working manager responsible for delivery of assigned capital projects and day-to-day leadership of assigned project management staff across Rush University System for Health. The role is responsible for the integration of both design and construction projects in conjunction with each capital project’s goals in accordance with the RUSH PDC Guiding Principles. The manager ensures that the department’s goals and KPIs, and project delivery standards are achieved and exercises discretion/judgment in dealing with varied departments, assigned staff, consultants, and contractor groups. The Manager will ensure that patient, visitor, and staff experiences are embedded in the facility design and assist in facilitating changes required for successful implementation. The Manager is responsible for supervising assigned project management staff and ensuring assigned projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
