Job summary

University Health in Texas is seeking a project coordination professional to manage capital projects within the CIP program, reporting to the VP of Facilities Development and Project Management.

You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and hospital staff, track schedules and budgets, ensure contract compliance, amendments and change orders, and support senior leadership with reporting and fiscal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a project coordinator or supervisor is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital CIP projects with contractors, consultants/vendors and hospital staff.
• Track and process contract amendments and change orders.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
