The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, and CPR certification within 180 days, with a preference for prior safety/security and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of safety & security experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Driver’s license required upon hire.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association) required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate situations using established de-escalation principles to prevent safety hazards.
• Direct visitors to obtain passes and provide directions as needed.
• Observe, detect, respond to, and report suspicious incidents and emergencies to prevent unauthorized or disruptive activity.
• Communicate security status and updates using established protocols.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct internal and external patrols to maintain a safe environment.
