Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee BOM operations at our Skilled Nursing Facility.

The ideal candidate will manage census input, Medicaid documentation, resident funds, billing processes, admissions oversight, and insurance authorizations, with strong MS Office skills and healthcare regulatory knowledge.

This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and comfort meeting residents and families to discuss financial obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience as BOM in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO regulations.
• Comfort meeting residents and families about financial obligations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee census input into billing/clinical software.
• Oversee collection of documentation for Medicaid applicants.
• Collect private and income monies owed to the facility.
• Assist with the insurance authorization process.
• Oversee distribution of resident funds.
• Ensure all admission agreements are signed.
