Responsibilities

• Overseeing and maintaining contracts, binders, and HR/medical files for all agency employees and contract staff.
• Reviewing, reconciling, and submitting invoices to Home Office in accordance with policy.
• Performs and/or manages billing audits per policy and follows-up with corrections.
• Manages clerical staff and non-clinical workflow in the office, including hiring input and personnel decisions.
