Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health care administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in health care services/behavioral health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach in health care sector.
• Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand challenges and present health care service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations meeting client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
