Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and experience in benefits, pricing, contracting or claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Link business needs and objectives for assigned function through analysis.
• Support initiatives via data analysis, identify barriers, and test new systems.
• Identify user requirements and problems to improve processes.
• Analyze projects, recommend solutions and assist with implementation.
• Enhance performance management and operational reports for new processes.
• Lead problem solving and coordination between various business units.
• Develop and update departmental policies and procedures.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
